Refund Policy

If you are a consumer located in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period, you may request a full refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase.

The 14-day withdrawal period runs from the day of purchase, that is the day the contract is concluded and your order is confirmed.

By using any credits during that period you consent to the immediate provision of digital content and waive your right to a refund for the credits already used.

Outside the cooling-off period, we refund the value of unused credits at the original purchase rate on a case-by-case basis, minus any transaction fees actually incurred.

Used credits are non-refundable.

Duplicate payments and payments that did not result in credits being added to your account are refunded in full.

Credits redeemed against AI outputs already delivered to you.

Credits obtained through promotional codes or gifts.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your order reference and a brief description of the reason.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank so we can resolve the issue directly.
